Kindly inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer this appointment slot to other patients who may have an immediate need to our care.
If you cancel within the 24 hour period and/or no-show more than 3 times in a calendar year, you will have to be seen on a space-available basis (as a standby or walk-in patient).
